About the Speaker Nisaini Rexach serves as Community Engagement Manager at Microsoft, overseeing philanthropic investments and initiatives throughout Chicago. Her career spans a decade in education, beginning as a Teach For America Chicago Corps member in 2013.Her professional journey includes roles with Chicago Public Schools, the Scratch Foundation, and i.c.stars Chicago, where she helped non-traditional talent launch successful careers in technology. Nisaini holds a master's degree in educational leadership and organizational design from Lehigh University. She actively contributes to the Chicago community through board positions with Teach For America Chicago, Chicago Scholars, and the One Million Degrees Executive Advisory Board. Additionally, she co-chairs the Workforce & Talent Council at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
